A Challenge is a Course (in this case my 24-Day Holiday Sanity Challenge Course) that we join as a group, all starting and finishing on the same day.

Participating in the Challenges gives you an opportunity to take the journey alongside others from across the globe, creating a sense of camaraderie, support and fun. In other words, you will know that you are not alone, which always makes the experience more rewarding.

I have created a full proof template for you to slip yourself into. Each day upon awakening, you wake up and hit play. That’s it!

This early start sets the tone for an uplifting and positive foundation from which to launch into the day ahead. The audio link will consist of:

-A 15-minute preamble focusing on the day’s topic, followed by

-A 15 minute Guided meditation, and finally

-A journaling exercise pertinent to the day’s topic and Course.

Only days into the Course, you will feel the positive momentum that is created from your consistent participation and focus. And then watch out Creator as your new point of view and awareness colors and uplifts all areas of your life.

A Membership site creates an online Community of like-hearted, like-minded humans with whom you can interact, share your experiences, grow, receive and offer encouragement and support. Which means it’s a win/win for all of us.
